Back - not in Black

Short breaks in distant places are good for the soul. The last time I had a break I came back refreshed and renewed and decided to reveal my true identity. Well it's happened again whilst I was away with the Greeks in Kefalonia. Despite fears of rioting and attacks on the government establishment we had a wonderful time amongst the wonderful Greek people. I don't know if it was anything to do with my prior preparations and my decision to go as the real me, changed from my previous alter-ego, but they treated us with the utmost respect, so much so that I came home feeling confident enough to reveal myself to my blogchums, right here, right now. Here goes... more pics to follow

Hi Blue. I know, but when you've been charged so much by the airline for carrying all that extra weight, that's how you look.

PG: Hey, you made it through the door at last. Sit down and pull up a chair, its your round...

Greek Islands, as in Kefalonia, in the Ionian Sea, as in Captain Corelli's Mandarelli....

I spent a week in Preveza, looking after an aeroplane (for the Queen). Well, someone had to do it. We were spoiled rotten by the Hellenic Air Force! Lovely folks.

TonyF: They seem to sport F16's now, unless they were the Balkan/Kosovo Patrol from anyone in particular in NATO.

I ventured to Oslo on business. Hog's (latest) revealed self would have been useful to help liberate over-priced booze from their Vinmonopaliti. Otherwise a superb country we should tow into that gap between Italy and Greece. A rather strange woman rather took a shine to me over there and I rather liked her back a lot. Eight quid a pint, but she buys her own!

JuliaM: Yes, I buff up quite well don't I?

archy: Well good on you! But at £8 a pint I guess they have to play it fair, hence the high suicide rate, or is that Sweden? or Finland?

stressedout: Perfect week of temps in the mid twenties. I really like the Greeks which probably stems from my days blagging bargain kebabs in Kingsway. It felt far hotter here, over this weekend.
